ORDINANCE NO. 2 5 6 9
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 23 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID
ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA :
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No . 2479 , as amended ,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 22 of said
section, the following Sub-Section twenty-three (23) :
"23 All that part of the Northeast Quarter (NE4)
of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section No .
Thirty-three (33) , Township No. Eighty-nine
(89) North, Range Noo Thirteen (13) West of
the 5th P.M. , Black Hawk County, Iowa , lying
Southeast of U.S . Highway No. 63 ,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa , as "A-1" Agricultur-
al District, be, and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2" One and. Two
Family Residence District".
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 13th day of September, 1971.
