AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY AND CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE THE RE-
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE IbESIFIELL-VIRDEN URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT
IOWA R-7.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 10,ATERLOO, IOWA
as follows:
That
All of the alley in Block Ten (10) in "V estfield" also known
as Vetfield Subdivision,
All of Miller Street not now vacated in "V estfielcr also
known as V es•tfield Subdivision,
lhat part of Lincoln street lying North of the North line of
Bratnober Street and South of the South line of Ldwards
Street in Calumet Addition and Calumet Subdivision;
all in the City of V aterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, shall be, and the same
are vacated.
