BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 22 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA°
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA :
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No . 21 of said
section, the following Sub-Section twenty-two (22) :
