AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 58 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 2203 - TRAFFIC ORDINANCE, BY CHANGING THE ar
SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN STREETS, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Section 58 of Ordinance No. 2203, Traffic Ordinance, is hereby
amended as follows:
By repealing sub-section 46 and enacting in lieu thereof the
following:
(46) Park Avenue, East and West - 30 M.P.H. from
Wellington Street to Walnut Street
By repealing sub-section 32 and enacting in lieu thereof the
following:
(32) Eleventh Street, East and West - 30 M.P.H.
from Franklin Street to East Ridgeway Avenue
By repealing sub-sections 34 and 35 and enacting in lieu thereof
the following:
(34) Fifth Street, East and West - 30 M.P.H. from
Walnut Street to Bayard Street
By repealing sub-section 54 and enacting in lieu thereof the
following:
(54) Westfield Avenue - 25 M.P.H. from Commercial
Street to Duryea Street; 35 M.P.H. from Duryea
Street to Conger Street
By repealing sub-section 43 and enacting in lieu thereof the
following:
(43) Lafayette Street - 30 M.P.H. from Easterly City
limits to Fairview Avenue
By repealing sub-section 51 and enacting in lieu thereof the
following:
(51) Sycamore Street - 30 M.P.H. from Thompson Street
to East llth Street, 25 M.P.H. from East llt'h
Street to Dunham Place
By repealing sub-section 30 and enacting in lieu thereof the
following:
(30) Commercial Street - 30 M.P.H. from LaPorte Road
to Westfield Avenue
By repealing sub-section 41 and enacting in lieu thereof the
following:
(41) Jefferson Street - 30 M.P.H. from Westfield Avenue
to LaPorte Road
By repealing sub-section 53 and enacting in lieu thereof the
following:
(53) Vinton Street - 30 M.P.H. from Glenwood Street
to East end of 18th Street Bridge or Water Street
By repealing sub-section 31 and enacting in lieu thereof the
following:
(31) Eighteenth Street - 30 M.P.H. from East end of
18th Street Bridge or Water Street to Williston
Avenue
By repealing sub-section 45 and enacting in lieu thereof the
following:
(45) Ninth Street - 30 M.P.H. from Washington Streetto
