submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa
Department of Natural Resources to be
covered under the NPDES General
Permit No. 2— Storm Water Discharge
Associated with Industrial Activity for
Construction Activities.
The storm water discharge will be from
demolition of a commercial building and
will be located in the SW''A, Section 13.
T89N,R13W,Black Hawk County.
Waterloo, City of- Legals Storm water will be discharged from one
point source and will be discharged to the
Waterloo Municipal Storm Sewer System
Accounts Payable and then to Virden Creak.
Comments may be submitted to the
