A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO ANSON H.WHITE
AND AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF ONE TEMPORARY

IRRESPECTIVE OF A LATER OFFICIAL GRADE. r
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That,
WHEREAS, Anson H. White
has made written application to the City Council asking that he
be authorized and permitted to rnngtri,rt one temporary ronrrete
driveway at 122 South Hackett Road
without respect to a permanent
sidewalk grade when and if the same may be subsequently set on Lot 20
T.nhdPl 1 ' c Addition to C:Astl P Hill
known as 122 South Hackett Road
and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
that said request should be granted, now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to
Anton H. White to
construct one temporarycanrratn drivP_wAy at 122 South Hackett Road
in accordance with the existing contour of the abutting land with the
subjective understanding and agreement between the City of Waterloo,
Iowa , and the said Anson H. White
that , should at a later date a permanent formal grade be established for
sidewalk purposes or otherwise, that the said
Anson H_ itP will immediately thereafter ,
and at hiQ own expense, remove all or whatever portion of
temporAry rnnrrete driveway he may have constructed, and re-
build or reconstruct the same in accordance with the permanent grade
as may hereafter be set and established, the work to be done under the
supervision of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is authorized and direct-
ed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Black Hawk
County Recorder for recording and the Black Hawk County Auditor for
filing in order that this said action may become a matter of official
County Record.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That,
WHEREAS, Anson H. White

driveway at 122 South Hackett Road
without respect to a permanent
sidewalk grade when and if the same may be subsequently set on Lot 20
Lobdell' s Addition to Castle Hill
known as 122 South Hackett Road ;
and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
that said request should be granted, now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to
Anson H. White to
construct nne temporary concrete driveway at 122 South Hackett Road
in accordance with the existing contour of the abutting land with the
subjective understanding and agreement between the City of Waterloo,
Iowa , and the said Anson H. White
that , should at a later date a permanent formal grade be established for
sidewalk purposes or otherwise , that the said
Anson H, White will immediately thereafter,
