RESOLUTION APPROVING ,AND .ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED OCTOBER 9, 1979, FROM
BRICE, PETRIDES & ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR
ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION STAKING .AND CON-
STRUCTION REVIEW SERVICES FOR CASTLE HILL
DRAINAGE IMPRQJEMENTS PHASE I, CONTRACT
NO. 85, .AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORD-
INGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the Castle Hill Drainage Improvements Phase I,
Contract No. 85, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering
services, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & ,Associates,
Inc. , as shown in their statement dated October 9, 1979, is
$550.81 , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That Brice, Petrides & .Associates, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $550. 81 being payment for the statement dated October
9, 1979, on said contract for engineering services rendered in
connection with the Castle Hill Drainage Improvements, Phase I,
Contract No. 85, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered and order-
ed to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , of Water-
