RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED OCTOBER 9, 1979 FROM
BRICE, PET RIDES & ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR WEST RIDGEWAY
AVENUE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT CON-
TRACT NO. 12, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Pro-
ject Contract No. 12, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. ,
as shown in their statement dated October 9, 1979, is $3, 845.92,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum of $3,
845.92 being payment for the statement dated October 9, 1979, on
said contract for engineering services rendered in connection
with the West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Project Contract
No. 12, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director,
be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw
a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the
said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of October, 1979.
