RESOLUTION .APPRW ING AND .ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED OCTOBER 9, 1979, FROM
BRICE, PET RIDES & .ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DRY RUN CREEK
FLOOD CONTROL WORKS CONTRACT NO. 99C,
AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works Contract
No. 99C, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. ,
as shown in their statement dated October 9, 1979, is $7 , 171 .99,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum of $7 ,
171 .99 being payment for the statement dated October 9, 1979,
on said contract for engineering services rendered in connection
with the Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works Contract No. 99C, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and
he is hereby, authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a war-
rant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the said
Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of October, 1979.
