RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED OCTOBER 9, 1979 FROM BRICE, PETRIDES & AS-
SOCIATES, INC. , FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR WEST
RIDGEWAY AVENUE STREET PROJEUI', PHASE II CONTRACT
NO. 165, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connect-
ion with the West Ridgeway Avenue Street Project , Phase II, Con-
tract No. 165, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. ,
as shown in their statement dated October 9, 1979, is $4, 337.91 ,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOv7A: That Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum
of $4, 337 .91 being payment for the statement dated October 9,
1979, on said contract for engineering services rendered in
connection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Street Project , Phase
II Contract No. 165, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and
deliver the same to the said Brice, Petrides & Associates,
h Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
