.RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND
BOND OF DALE J. CLARK CONTRACTING CO.FOR
F .Y. 1980 SANITARY SEWER PROGRAM, CON-
TRACT NO. 193.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA;
That the contract of Dale J . Clark Contracting Co. , of Waterloo,
Iowa, for F.Y. 1980 Sanitary sewer Program, Contract No. 193 in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and `.he City Clerk as of the 22nd
day of October, 1979, together with the accompanying bond for
the faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants
Mutual Bonding Company of Des Moines, hwa, as surety thereon,
be, and the same are hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of October, 1979.
