RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICE
CONTRACT WITH BRICE, PETRIDES & ASSOCIATES,
INC. , FOR BRIDGE PAINTING AND REPAIRS TO
PARK AVENUE, EIGHTEENTH STREET BRILL E AND
ELEVENTH STREET BRIDGE AND REPAIRS TO MUL-
LAN AVENUE BRIDGE AND FALLS AVENUE BRIDGE,
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT
BY MAYOR AND CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS, engineering services for bridge painting and re-
pairs to Park Avenue, Eighteenth Street Bridge and Eleventh
Street Bridge and repairs to Mullan Avenue Bridge and Falls
Avenue Bridge, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are needed,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Engineering Contract dated October 22, 1979
for the bridge painting and repairs to Park Avenue, Eighteenth
Street Bridge and Eleventh Street Bridge and repairs to Mullan
Avenue Bridge and Falls .Avenue Bridge, by and between Brice,
Petrides & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved , and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of October, 1979.
