RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING CONTRACT
WITH BRICE, PET RIDES & ASSOCIATES, INC. ,
FOR PHASE I, CONDUCT COMPREHENSIVE DRAIN-
AGE STUDIES AND PHASE II, DESIGN DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENT FACILITIES, AND DIRECTING EX-
ECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK.
WHEREAS, engineering services for Phase I, Conduct Compre-
hensive Drainage Studies and Phase II, Design Drainage Improve-
ment Facilities, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are needed , now,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Contract dated October 22, 1979 for the Phase
I , Conduct Comprehensive Drainage Studies and Phase II, Design
Drainage Improvement Facilities, by and between Brice, Petrides
& Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of October, 1979.
