RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF VEHICLE SALES AND SERVICE
COMPANY OF ALEXANDER, IOWA FOR ONE AMBULANCE FOR USE BY THE
WATERLOO FIRE DEPARTMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,801 .00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That the bid of
Vehicle Sales and Service Company of Alexander, Iowa for one ambulance for use by
the Waterloo Fire Department in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same is
hereby, accepted, the bid of Vehicle Sales and Service Company in the amount of
$20,801 .00, being the lowest legal bid received on said proposal , and that the
contract be awarded to Vehicle Sales and Service Company of Alexander, Iowa, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other bids for said vehicle be, and they are
hereby, rejected, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
all rejected bids.
