A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON VACATION OF A 10 FOOT ALLEY IN
PROSPECT HEIGHTS AS NOVEMBER 19 , 1979 ,AT 7 : 00 P .M. IN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,AS
FOLLOWS :
Section 1-That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 o ' clock P .M. , on the 19th day of November , 179 , for
the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a
10ft,, alley in Block 4,Prospect Heights ,requested by Garry Donald
and /or Sandra Rae Stuber, owned by the City Of Waterloo, Iowa ,
described as follows :
VACATION:
The ten (10) foot alley lying west of and ad-
jacent to Lots 1-14,Block 4,Prospect Heights ,
City of Waterloo ,Black Hawk County, Iowa.
SALE AND CONVEYANCE :
The ten (10) foot alley lying west of and ad-
jacent to Lots 13-14,Block 4,Prospect Heights ,
City of Waterloo , Black Hawk County, Iowa,
Section 2-That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier .
Passed and adopted this 5th day of November , 1979 .
