RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND
OF LEHMAN TRUCKING & EXCAVATING, INC. , OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR SANS SOUCI DRIVE SAN-
ITARY SEWER PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 192.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the contract of Lehman Trucking & Excavating, Inc. ,
of Waterloo, Iowa, for Sans Souci Drive Sanitary Sewer Program,
Contract No. 192 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on be-
half of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 19th day of November, 1979, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Merchants Mutual Bonding Company of Des Moines,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved .
Passed and adopted this 5th day of November, 1979.
