RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
SEPTEMBER 11 , 1979 ,FROM BOOKER ASSOCIATES INC. ,ENGINEERS
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC SAFETY STUDY OF
30 INTERSECTIONS ,AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS , Booker Associates , Inc . , Engineers ,Waterloo, Iowa
have rendered engineering services in connection with the Traffic
Safety Study of 30 Intersections , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Booker Associates , Inc. ,as shown in their
statement dated September 11 , 1979 is $1 , 783 . 01 ,now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that Booker Associates , Inc, ,be paid the sum of $1, 783 . 01 being
payment for the statement dated September 11, 1979 , on said
contract for engineering services rendered in connection with
the Traffic Safety Study of 30 Intersections , in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa, and the Finance Director,be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Booker Associates , Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of November, 1979 .
