RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED OCTOBER 22, 1979 FROM
WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEY-
ING, INC. , FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
SANS SOUCI DRIVE SANITARY SEWER PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. 192, AND AUTHORIZING PAY-
MENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. ,
Engineers, Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services
in connection with the Sans Souci Drive Sanitary Sewer Project ,
Contract No. 192, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Wayne Claassen Engineering and Sur-
veying , Inc. , as shown in their statement dated October 22, 1979,
is $6, 895.07 , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $6, 895.07 being payment for t'he statement dated October
22, 1979, on said contract for engineering services rendered in
connection with the Sans Souci Drive Sanitary Sewer Project , Con-
tract No. 192, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered and ordered
to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same
to the said Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying , Inc. , of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 5t'h day of November, 1979.
