RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC. FOR THE SECURITY SERVICES FOR
THE E. 5TH STREET RAMP, E. PARK AVENUE RAMP,
WEST SIDE PARKING RAMP, AND 4TH STREET BRIDGE
WALKWAY.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Clerk to prepare and file specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., for the Security Services for the E. 5th Street
Ramp, E. Park Avenue Ramp, West Side Parking Ramp, and 4th Street
Bridge Walkway, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has filed said specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., and the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July, 2010.
