RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR
JOHN DEERE ENGINE WORKS, 3801 WEST RIDGE-
WAY AVENUE.
WHEREAS, John Deere Engine Works has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan
for John Deere Engine Works located at 3801 West Ridgeway
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 13, 1979
at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo,
Iowa, as provided by law, by the Council of the City of Water-
loo, Iowa, on the proposal to approve said above mentioned site
plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOTA, that the site plan for John Deere Engine Works located at
3801 West Ridgeway Avenue, be and the same is hereby, approved .
Passed and adopted this 13th day of November, 1979, approved
by the Mayor this 13th day of November, 1979.
