RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR
BUS WASH FACILITY AT 1515 BLACK HAWK
STREET.
WHEREAS, Metropolitan Transit Authority, has proposed that
the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan
for Bus Wash Facility located at 1515 Black Hawk Street , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 13, 1979 at
7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa ,
as provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
on the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the site plan for bus Wash Facility located at 1515
Black Hawk Street , be and the same is hereby approved .
Passed and adopted this 13th day of November, 1979, approved
by the Mayor this 13th day of November, 1979.
