RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF F.Y. 1979 PAVING
PROGRAM NO , 1 , SECTION IV, CONTRACT NO . 166 , AND
ACCEPTING WORK.
WHEREAS , Assink Bros . of Cedar Falls , Iowa has furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y. 1979 Paving
Program No. 1 , Section IV, Contract No . 166 , in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa and
WHEREAS , the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance of the
Work submitted by City Engineers certifying that the work on this
project has now been performed in compliance with Standard Specifi-
cations of the City by said Assink Bros . , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that the Certificate of Completion and the Final Recommendation of
Acceptance of the Work submitted by the Engineers be approved, the
work of Assink Bros . , Cedar Falls , Iowa, accepted, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said Certificate .
Passed and adopted this 13th day of November, 1979 .
