hereby quit claim to Kevin E. Rose and Michelle L. Rose, husband and wife, all of its right, title, interest, estate,
claim, and demand in the following described real estate in Black Hawk County, Iowa:
Lot No. 5 in Block No. 6 in "East Park Place" in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Subject to (a) easements, servitudes, conditions, and restrictions of record; (b) general utility and
right-of-way easements serving the property; and (c) restrictions imposed by local zoning ordinances and
other applicable law. Further subject to possibility of reverter of title pursuant to Development Agreement
between the parties.
Deed from Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value and
groundwater hazard statement.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
