RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXCEPTION TO THE
PURCHASING POLICY FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 2023 FORD
RANGER DEMO UNIT FOR THE FOG INSPECTOR, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $31,670.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a 2023 Ford Ranger Demo unit for the Fog Inspector, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2023.
