RESOLUTION NO. 2023-360
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH KEVIN E. ROSE AND MICHELLE L.
ROSE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REHABILITATION OF
217 REED STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated June 5, 2023, between Kevin E. Rose and Michelle L.
Rose and the City of Waterloo, in conjunction with the rehabilitation of 217 Reed Street and
legally described as follows:
LOT NO. FIVE (5) IN BLOCK NO. SIX (6)1N EAST PARK PLACE IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June 2023.
