RESOLUTION NO. 2023-371
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH BABIC PROPERTIES, LLC, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A FOUR UNIT RESIDENTIAL
BUILDING ON AN INFILL LOT LOCATED ON RAVENWOOD
CIRCLE SOUTH OF RAVENWOOD ROAD, INCLUDING A
$20,000.00 INFILL INCENTIVE UPON SUBSTANTIAL
COMPLETION OF SAID FOUR UNITS, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated June 5, 2023, between Babic Properties, LLC and the
City of Waterloo, for the construction of a four unit residential building on an infill lot located on
Ravenwood Circle south of Ravenwood Road, including a $20,000.00 infill incentive upon
substantial completion of said four units, and legally described as follows:
HAMMOND HILLS SIXTH ADDITION, LOT 149, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June 2023.
