RESOLUTION NO. 2023-376
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 WITH
RITLAND+KUIPER ARCHITECTS, OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $476,275.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE GATES PARK REDEVELOPMENT SERVICE
AGREEMENT, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON JUNE 20, 2022,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 with Ritland+Kuiper Architects, of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of
$476,275.00, in conjunction with the Gates Park Redevelopment Service Agreement, originally
executed on June 20, 2022, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June 2023.
