RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXCEPTION TO THE
PURCHASING POLICY FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ELGIN
CROSSWIND STREET SWEEPER 2020 DEMO UNIT FOR THE
STREET DEPARTMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $205,503.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of an Elgin Crosswind Street Sweeper 2020 demo unit for the Street
Department, in the amount of $205,503.00, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June 2023.
