RESOLUTION NO. 2023-348
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY K & W ELECTRIC, INC., OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $736,466.50, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DOWNTOWN CAMERA AND
FIBER OPTIC COMMUNICATION PROJECT, STBG-SWAP-
8155(769)--SG-07.
WHEREAS, K & W Electric, Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa, performed work in conjunction
with the Downtown Camera and Fiber Optic Communication Project, STBG-SWAP-8155(769)--
SG-07, and
WHEREAS, K & W Electric, Inc., has completed the aforementioned project, in
accordance with the bid documents, specifications, form of contract, etc., as approved by Council
April 19, 2021, Resolution No. 2021-252.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by K & W Electric, Inc., at a total cost of $736,466.50, in conjunction
with the Downtown Camera and Fiber Optic Communication Project, STBG-SWAP-8155(769)--
SG-07, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June 2023.
