RESOLUTION NO. 2023-365
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE WATERLOO
HOUSING TRUST FUND 10, IN THE AMOUNT OF $47,470.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE EMERGENCY REPAIR PROGRAM,
AND AUTHORIZING THE BOARD CHAIR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract with the Waterloo Housing Trust Fund 10, in the amount of $47,470.00, in
conjunction with the Emergency Repair Program, is hereby approved, and the Board Chair is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June 2023.
