ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO . 2.5 TO SECTION 24-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA .
BE IT ORDAINED BY ERE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended , be
further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 24 of said section,
the following Sub-Section twenty-five (2:)) :
"2 A parcel of land located in tne Southwest Quarter of
Section 1 , Township 64 North, Range 13 West of the 5th
P .M. in the City of Waterloo, BlacK Haw K County , Iowa
described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the West line of said Southwest
( Liarter that is 1,392 feet South of the Northwest corner
of said Southwest Quarter; thence East parallel with the
North limb of said Southwest ( uarter a distance of 300
feet East of the West line of said Southwest Quarter;
tnence South to a point 495 feet North of the South line
of said Southwest tuarter; thence West a distance of 300
feet to the West line of said Southwest Quarter to a
point that is 445 feet North of the Southwest comer of
said Southwest Quarter; thence North along the West line of
said Southwest Quarter to the point of beginnin6, except
all legal hignways ,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-1" One and
Two Family Residence District, be , and the saLae is nereby k.oned

Section 2 . That the City ClerK be, and ne is hereby , directed to
