ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION NO. 26 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORDINANCE, REZON-
ING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA :
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further
amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 25 of said section, the following
Sub-Section twenty-six (26) :
"26 - TO "R-4" MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT:
That part of the North 1/.2 of the Southwest 1/ 4 of Section 13-68-12 in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County , Iowa, described as :
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Southwest 1/4
which is 1,650 feet East of the West line of said Southwest 1/ 4;
thence Easterly along said North line a distance of 206.6a feet,
more or less , to the Southwesterly right-of-way line of Highway
No. 213; thence Southeasterly along said right-of-way line a
distance of 225 feet; thence Southwesterly at right angles to
said rignt-of-way line a distance of 417 feet, more or less , to
the East line of the West 1,050 feet of said North 1/ 2 of the
Southwest 1/ 4; thence Norta along said East line a distance of
426.07 feet to the point of beginning.
TO "C-I" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT:
That part of tne Nortn 1/ 2 of the Southwest 1/ 4 of Section 16-36-12 in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as :
Beginning at the intersection of the North line of said Southwest
1/4 with tae Southwesterly right-of-way lineoi Highway No. 21 ;
thence Southeasterly along said right-of-way line a distance of
22S feet to the point of beginning; thence Southeasterly along
said right-of-way line a distance of 220 feet ; thence Soutnwesterly
at right angles to Laic right-of-way line a distance of 500
feet; thence Northwesterly on a Line parallel with and 500 feet
Soutnwesterly from said right-of-way line to a point on the East
line of the West 1,630 feet of the North 1/ 2 of said Southwest

more or less, to a point 426.07 feet South of the North line of

Iowa .
