AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20, HUMAN RELATIONS,
OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO CODE OF ORDINANCES, BY
ADDING THE WORD "SEX" TO SECTIONS 20-30(b) , 20-36(a) ,
20-36(b) , 20-43(a) , 20-43(b) , 20-43(c) , 20-50(a) ,
20-50(b) and 20-50(c) .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that:
Chapter 20, Human Relations, be amended by adding the word "sex"
to the following sections:
20-30(b) race, creed, color, sex, national origin,
or religion
20-36(a) race, creed, color, sex, national origin,
or religion
20-36(b) race, creed, color, sex, national origin,
or religion
