ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 27 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID k gAfA l
ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA :
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended ,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 26 of said sec-
tion, the following Sub-Section twenty-seven (27)
" 27 ALL that part of the West One-half (2) of the South-
west Quarter (4) of Section Twenty-one (21) , Township
Eighty-nine (89) North, Range Thirteen (13) West of
the Fifth P.M„ lying North of the old. Cedar Falls
Road , more particularly described as follows : Commenc-
ing at the Northwest Corner of said West One-half of
the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty-one (21)
running thence due East along the North line thereof
485 feet, thence South and parallel with the West
line of said. Section Twenty-one (21) , to the North-
easterly line of the old Cedar Falls Road, thence in
a Northwesterly direction along the Northeast line
of said old Cedar Falls Road to the West line of
said, Section Twenty-one (21) , thence North along the
West line of said. Section Twenty-one (21) to the
place of beginning except the North Four Hundred (400)
feet thereof,
The East Thirteen (13) feet in even width of the West
Four Hundred Ninety-eight (498) feet of that part of
the West One-half (2) of the Southwest Quarter (4) of
Section Twenty-one (21) , Township Eighty-nine (89)
North, Range Thirteen (13) West of the Fifth P,M0 ly-
ing North of the old Waterloo and Cedar Falls Road
except the North Four Hundred (400) feet thereof,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa , as "R-2" One and.
Two Family Residence District, be, and the same is hereby zoned
as "C-2" Commercial District".

file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
