ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 28 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID
ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended, be
further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 27 of said section,
the following Sub-Section twenty-eight (28) :
" 28 A parcel of land located in the South One-Half of the
Southwest Quarter ( S SA) of Section 3-88-13, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows :
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot No. One Hundred
Fifty-one (151) , Southhaven First Addition, Waterloo, Iowa;

Seventeen (17) seconds East along the Northeasterly lines
of Lots Nos . Twenty-four (24) , Twenty-five (2a) and Twenty-

Residence District".
Section. 2 . That the City Clerk be , and he is hereby, directed to
file a certified copy of tais Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
