ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 29 TO SECTION 2A-5 CF
SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 23 of said sec-
tion, the following Sub-Section twenty-nine (29) :
"29 Lots 222, 223, 224, 225 and 226 in the First
_.._ Addition to Galloway in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District, be, and the same is hereby zoned
as "C-2" Commercial District as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa .
