AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY
SEWER PURPOSES EXTENDING NELY FROM BROOKERIDGE DRIVE TO
PARK LANE ACROSS THE PROPERTY OF FRIENDS OF FAITH RETIRE-
MENT HOMES, INC. AND THE 8 ' UTILITY EASEMENT ACROSS THE
NORTH END OF LOTS 24, 2J AND 26, BROOKERIDGE ADDITION
EXCEPT THE EAST 81 OF SAID LOT 96 IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
1. That a portion of easement for sanitary sewer purposes
extending NEly from Brooseridge Drive to Pars Lane across the property
or Friends of Faith Retirement Homes , Inc . and the 8 ' utility easement
acLoss the north end of lots 24, 9 and 26, Brooseridge Addition ex-
cept the east 1 of said Lot 26; described as follows , in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, shall be, and the sale are hereby vacated.
(1) a portion of the easement of record tor tne 1 "
sanitary sewer line between Brooseridge Drive and
Pars Lane along the northwesterly side oi the
center line of tae said sanitary sewer line from
tae north line of lot twenty-six (26) , Brociseridge
Addition to Pars Lane , except thn adjacent eight
(s- ') feet thereof on the northwesterly side of the
center line, and vacated from the north line of
the south one half ( ) Section 3, Township 68 Nortn,
Range 13 West of ttie 5th P.M. to Pars Lane, except
the adjacent twelve (12) feet thereof on the south-
easterly side of the center line of said sanitary
sewer Line;
and
( 2) tae eight (8) foot utility easement across the
north end of lots 24, 2-, and 26 Broolceridge Addi-
tion, Waterloo, Iowa , except the east eight (8 ')
feet of lot 26 of said addition ,
in the City of Waterloo, Blacs Haws County , Iowa.

Addition to Park Lane , except the adjacent eight
(8 ') feet thereof on the northwesterly side of the
center line, and vacated from the north line of
the south one half (2) Section 3 , Township 88 North,
Range 13 West of the 5th P.M° to Park Lane, except
the adjacent twelve (12) feet thereof on the south-
easterly side of the center line of said sanitary
sewer line;
and
(2) the eight (8) foot utility easement across the
north end of lots 24, 25 and 26 Brookeridge Addi-
tion, Waterloo, Iowa, except the east eight (8 ')
feet of lot 26 of said addition,
in the City of Waterloo , Black Hawk County, Iowa.
