ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 30 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORD-
INANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 29 of said sec-
tion, the following Sub-Section Thirty (30) :
"30 All of Lot H, All of Lot F, except the East 62. 65
feet of the South 150 feet, and All of Lot D, ex-
cept the West 117.35 feet of the South 150 feet
and except the East 140.9 feet, Allen Heights
Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa ."
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and.
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned
as "R-3" Multiple Residence District as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 12th day of June, 1972.
