AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 , REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY, BY REPEALING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION
FOR THE THIRD PARCEL UNDER SECTION 1: AND ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR THE
THIRD PARCEL UNDER SECTION 1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA :
1. That tue legal description for rne third parcel under Section 1:
of Ordinance No. 2 ,57 adopted June 21 , 1971, rezoning certain propetty
which reads as rollows, be, and the same is Hereby epealed in its
enti ety :

3, Township 88, Range 13, Waterloo, Black Haw County , Iowa,
described as follows:
