BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA : Section 1. That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 2597, be , and. the same is here- by repealed in its entirety and. the following Section 5 enacted. in lieu thereof: THIRD WARD. That the Third, Ward shall be all the territory within the city limits of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , described, as follows : Commencing at the intersection of the city limits boundary line and Moline Road and proceeding south along Moline Road to East Donald Street, and. proceeding east along East Donald, Street to Idaho Street, and proceeding south along Idaho Street to Indepen- dence Avenue, and proceeding west along Independence Avenue to the Waterloo Railroad , and. proceeding northwesterly along the Waterloo Railroad to East Fourth Street, and. proceeding south along East Fourth Street to East Parker Street , and. proceeding west along East Parker Street to East Mullan Avenue, and proceeding south along East Mullan Avenue to Newell Street , and, proceeding east along Newell Street to Ankeny Street, and proceeding south along Ankeny Street to Adams Street, and. proceeding east along Adams Street to East Fourth Street, and. proceeding south along East Fourth Street to Almond. Street , and. proceeding west along Almond. Section 2. That Section 10 of Ordinance No. 2597, be, and the same is here- by repealed in its entirety and the following Section 10 enacted in lieu thereof 2ND OF THE FIRST. The 2nd precinct of the 1st ward. shall embrace the terri- tory within the city limits of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , described as follows : Commencing at the intersection of Ansborough Avenue and. the south boundary line of Hope Martin Memorial Park and. proceeding east along the south boundary line of Hope Martin Memorial Park and. Reber Ave- nue to Drexel Avenue, and proceeding south along Drexel Avenue to Kingsley Avenue, and, proceeding east along Kingsley Avenue to Euclid Avenue, and proceeding south along Euclid. Avenue to Columbia Circle, - 2 - and proceeding southwesterly along Columbia Circle to Kingbard. Boulevard , and proceeding easterly along Kingbard. Street, and proceed- ing west along Almond.
