C ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 247) , AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 3 TO SECTION 2A- OF SAID ORD- INANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATER- LOO. IOWA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA : Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 30 of said section, the following Sub-Section Thirty-one (31) : "31 Lots 101 and 102 , except the North 25 feet thereof, in Second Addition to Kenyon 's Addition in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, and the 16 foot wide easement tract lying South of and adjoining said lots , now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-1" One and Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "S-1" Shopping Center District as above described. " Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
