DIVIDING THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA; INTO WARDS AND PRECINCTS,
AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2601 ADOPTED JUNE 26, 1972; BY
CORRECTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF SECTION 5, THIRD WARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO; BLACK HAWK
COUNTY; IOWA;
Section 1 . That Section 5 entitled "Third Ward" of Ordinance No.
2597 adopted May 15, 1972, Dividing the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
into Wards and Precincts, as Amended by Ordinance No. 2601, adopted
June 26, 1972, be, and the same is hereby amended by correcting the
legal description of said Third Ward to read as follows :
THIRD WARD. That the Third Ward shall be all the territory within the
city limits of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, described as follows °
Commencing at the intersection of the city limits boundary line
and Moline Road and proceeding south along Moline Road to East
Donald Street, and proceeding east along East Donald Street to
Idaho Street, and proceeding south along Idaho Street to Newell
Street, and proceeding west along Newell Street to the Waterloo
Railroad, and proceeding northwesterly along the Waterloo Rail-
road to East Fourth Street, and proceeding south along East
Fourth Street to East Parker Street, and proceeding west along
East Parker Street to East Mullan Avenue, and proceeding south
along East Mullan Avenue to Newell Street, and proceeding east
along Newell Street to Ankeny Street, and proceeding south along
Ankeny Street to Adams Street, and proceeding east along Adams
Street to East Fourth Street, and proceeding south along East
Fourth Street to Almond Street, and proceeding west along Almond
Street to Iowa Street, and proceeding south along Iowa Street to
