BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO; BLACK HAWK COUNTY; IOWA; Section 1 . That Section 5 entitled "Third Ward" of Ordinance No. 2597 adopted May 15, 1972, Dividing the City of Waterloo, Iowa, into Wards and Precincts, as Amended by Ordinance No. 2601, adopted June 26, 1972, be, and the same is hereby amended by correcting the legal description of said Third Ward to read as follows : THIRD WARD.
