BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, :=s amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 32 of said section, the following Sub- Section Thirty-three (33) : 33 Lots 50, 51, 52 and 53 in Westridge Fifth Addition in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, now zoned on the '-oning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-1" One and Two Family District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-3" Multiple Residence District as above described." Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to file a certi- fied copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa: Passed and dopted this 24th day of October, 1972.
