ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION NO. 35 TO SECTION 2z-5 OF SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further
amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 34 of said section, the following
Sub-Section Thirty-five (35) :
"35 Tract A, Brookeridge First Addition in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the ::oning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" Multiple Residence
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1` Commercial District as
above described. '
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to file a
certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County,
Iowa:
