AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PART OF WILBY STREET, A PART
OF BEECH STREET, AND A PART OF NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY WHICH
LIES W1y OF LOT 18 AND Ely of LOTS 19, 20 and 21,
WILBY'S ADDITION (NORTH OF GLENWOOD STREET AND WEST
OF LINDEN AVENUE) IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
That a part of Wilby Street, a part of Beech Street, and a part of
the North-South Alley which lies Westerly of Lot 18 and Easterly of
Lots 19, 20 and 21, Wilby's Addition (North of Glenwood Street and
West of Linden Avenue) , Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described
as follows :
All those parts, which have not been previously vacated,
of the hereinafter described premises in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , and which are described as follows :
All that part of Wilby Street which lies between a line
140 feet West of the West line of Linden Avenue and East
of the Illinois Central. Railway right-of-way;
and
All that part of Beech Streit which lies between the
North line of Glenwood Street and the Southerly line
of the right-of-way of the Chicago and Northwestern
Railway;
and
All that part of the North-South alley which lies Westerly
of Lot Number Eighteen (18) and Easterly of Lots Numbers
Nineteen (19) , Twenty (20) , and Twenty-one (21) in Wilby's
Addition to Waterloo, Iowa ,
shall be, and the same are hereby, vacated.
