AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2599 BY
REPEALING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND SUBSTITUTING
IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
1. That the legal description of Ordinance No. 2599, which reads
as follows, be, and the same is hereby repealed:
"30 All of Lot H, All of Lot F, except the East 62.65
feet of the South 150 feet, and All of Lot D, ex-
cept the West 117.35 feet of the South 150 feet
and except the East 140.9 feet, Allen Heights
Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa."
2. That a new legal description for said Ordinance is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof:
"30 All of Lot H, All of Lot F, except the East 62.65
feet of the South 150 feet, and the West 117.35
feet of Lot D, except the South 150 feet, Allen
Heights Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa."
