RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF POLICE
DEPARTMENT UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Police Chief of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc.,
for the Purchase of Police Department Uniforms and Equipment, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Police Chief did file said preliminary
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., for the
Purchase of Police Department Uniforms and Equipment, which were
preliminarily approved on May 17, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 7,
2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc., for the Purchase of Police Department
Uniforms and Equipment, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 2010.
