RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $1,275.39
SICK LEAVE PAY TO CHARLES MEINDERS OF MOTOR
VEHICLE PARKING RAMP.
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of October, 1979, Charles Meinders
was temporarily layed off from employment in the Motor Vehicle
Parkinq Ramp Department in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Charles Meinders is entitled to payment for 28 1/6
days of sick leave, in the amount of $1,275.39, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Charles Meinders be paid the total amount of $1,275.39,
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and that the
Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver
the same to Charles Meinders.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 13th day of November,
1979, approved by the Mayor on 13th day of November, 1979.
