RESOLUTION CHANGING THE ASSESSMENT AMOUNT OF PARCEL
CODE NO. 94-8888-00-105-00-0 UNDER THE EAST SAN MARNAN
DRIVE PAVING AND INCIDENTALS, CONTRACT NO. 168.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of changing the assessment amount of Parcel Code
#94-8888-00-105-00-0 under East San Marnan Drive Paving and Inci-
dentals, Contract No. 168, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessments levied under Parcel Code #94-8888-00-105-00-0
of the E. San Marnan Drive Paving and Incidentals, Contract No. 168
be and the same is hereby changed from $3,705.49 to $14,821.94, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE CITY CLERK be and he is hereby
directed to notify the County Auditor of said change.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of November 1979, approved by
the Mayor this 15th day of November, 1979.
