RESOLUTION .APPROVING PAYMENT OF $1, 877. 86
SICK LEAVE AND V.AC.ATION PAY TO ANDRID OLSON,
OF SIGN AND TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of November, 1979, .Andrid Olson
terminated from employment in the Sign & Traffic Department in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Andrid Olson is entitled to payment for 25 days
of sick leave, in the amount of $1, 262.00 , and
WHEREAS, .Andrid Olson has earned and is entitled to 106
hours vacation pay, in the amount of $615.86, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Andrid Olson be paid the total amount of $1,877.86,
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Andrid Olson.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 19th day of November,
1979, approved by the Mayor Pro Tem on 19th day of November, 1979.
